As the summer heat of August beats down, some of our Yappers are spending a week or two making their own beats. We’ve found a few band camps sharing their Yapps, and want to show them off to the world!
Alan C. Pope High School’s band created a fun and informative app for their recent band camp. Inside is the camps’ schedule, plus a spot to share pictures with friends and family. It’s packed with rehearsals, competitions and mandatory fun.
Clark Atlanta University’s bands are using Yapp to keep fans and musicians alike informed. They’re included the full season’s program, from tryouts and practices to competitions.
Lakeside Marching Band has a Yapp that they update each week with the schedule of events and practices. Plus, the creators included a checklist so that no musician goes without the necessary sunscreen and water bottle.
