Product Update: Add A Background Image to Your Cover Page

Since introducing our new styling system, we have been able to add exciting new features to the Yapp editor to make your apps more customizable.

Last week, we announced the ability to choose between a square and circle cover image. This week, we’re introducing background images for your cover page.

When you're editing your cover, you'll now have the option to edit the background in addition to the main photo.

After you click 'Edit Background,' you can choose a color (even one that's different from your regular theme color) or an image. The image will resize to fit, and will have a blur effect to make your title and date or subtitle easily readable.

The main image can be framed within a circle or a square. It should still be 500x500 pixels to fit best.
